Our Commitment

At AKRO Research, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

Eligibility

• Damaged or defective products — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Incorrect items — report within 48 hours of delivery
• Unopened, sealed products — eligible for return within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for safety and quality assurance reasons. Products that have been stored improperly (outside recommended temperature ranges) are also not eligible.

How to Request a Return

Contact our team at support@akroresearch.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacement shipments are dispatched within 1–2 business days of approval.
