Maintaining Your Tier
12-Month Rolling Window
Both your points balance and referral count operate on a 12-month rolling basis. To maintain your tier, both metrics must remain above the threshold.
Example: You reach Platinum with 5,000 pts and 30 referrals. Over the next 12 months, you spend 1,000 pts and 2 referrals expire. Your balance becomes 4,000 pts and 28 referrals. You must earn 1,000 pts and gain 2 referrals to maintain Platinum status.
Redeemable Balance vs. Tier Meter
Your redeemable balance does not expire under normal program operation — spend it whenever you want. Your tier meter tracks accumulated points on a rolling window.
Key distinction: Redeeming 500 points for store credit does not reduce your tier meter standing. Your tier is based on what you've earned — not what you've kept.
