Methylcobalamin is the active, neurologically available coenzyme form of Vitamin B12 (cobalamin). Unlike cyanocobalamin, it does not require conversion in the liver and is studied for its roles in myelin sheath synthesis2, one-carbon metabolism3, homocysteine remethylation3, and neuronal protection2. Research has explored its neuroprotective effects2 and interaction with the folate cycle3.

Every batch is independently tested. COAs are issued per lot — all vial sizes from the same lot share one certificate. The batch is tested on a representative sample prior to dispensing.
